TogoRun Celebrates First Anniversary After Leaving Omnicom, Prepares For Further Growth As A Global Female-Owned Healthcare Communications Agency

Gloria, aka “Glo” Janata, a health industry veteran, storyteller and proven ESG strategist, acquired TogoRun from Omnicom in September 2020 and created GMJ Global, LLC, modeled on the successful global communications holding companies – the majority of which are owned and run by men. GMJ Global, proud partner of the United Nations Global Compact, comprises four distinct but complementary companies: TogoRun, VegaRun, StudioTogo and GMJ Global Media. Since the spin-off, TogoRun has changed its business model to include equity-focused partnerships for key personnel, engaged over 20 outstanding global partners in over 90 markets, strengthened its client list from 4 to 13 , increased its turnover by over 900% and added 10 new staff members to its original team of five, all of whom joined GMJ Global in September 2020.

@GloJanata held executive positions in communications and marketing at a large life sciences company and led a national non-profit organization focused on access to healthcare for homeless children. She is active with several non-profit organizations, serving as a member of the board of directors of @PureEarth and as an advisor to @MissionPlasticos. She also created the @ChildrensHealthFund Company advice. A certified lawyer admitted to practice in Washington DC, Pennsylvania, and United States Court of Appeal of the Fifth Circuit, it is cum laude graduated from @FordhamUniversity with a degree in social sciences. She received it doctor of law of @TheAmericanUniversity @WashingtonCollegeofLaw. She also recently finished from Harvard Business School Sustainable business strategy online program. And she is the associate producer of the famous @DisneyPlus real action movie, @TogotheMovie, featuring an Oscar nominee Willem Dafoe and winner of an Emmy Award Julianne Nicholson. Her greatest accomplishments include being happily present and engaged as the wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend, confidante, and lover of the Siberian Husky.
